Keys truncate for Floating Pinyin, Traditional Pinyin, Korean keyboards.

Chrome os:

Google_Input_Tools_Version:72.0.20181203.223901082

Steps:
1.Switch to Pinyin floating keyboard.
2.Check its UI

Actual:
Truncation occurs for several keys.

Such issue also repro for Traditional Pinyin, Korean.
