打开浏览器,所有页面奔溃

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.9 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. 打开浏览器
2. 包括设置也会奔溃
3.

What went wrong?
不知道,什么问题,我用win7正常使用,但是家里的win8却一直奔溃,用不了
