Yes Chrome version: 71.0.3578.80 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: I have 40 years experience with writing software and I have checked with friends who do not have this problem. Currently, I have had to set my computer clock to UTC+11 to resolve the problem. I am in Sydney Australia on AEDST time.
