Full-Screen mode glitch

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.80 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a new Tab(default) in chrome
2. Switch to full screen mode(F11 on the keyboard).
3. While in full screen mode, try typing anything in the google search bar.

What is the expected behavior?
Google search would fetch results for particular query

What went wrong?
Cannot type, search for queries while in full screen mode.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.80  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 32.0.0.101 

Full screen mode is glitch-y in many other websites as well.

Yes, sure will. Also,I face a lot of rendering issues while using the full screen mode. Please look into that as well.
