What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add an account to crOS Account Manager
(2) Open Settings > People > Google accounts

What is the expected result?
The account list should display the full email address (e.g. abc.123@gmail.com).

What happens instead?
It displays the canonical email address (e.g. abc123@gmail.com).
