When opening spiegel.de the site flips around and scrolling is erratic

This is a bug for already over a year on both my iphone as well as ipad, using chrome browser

Note: speigel.de is one of the most widely read German-language news websites. Doesn't appear to happen in Safari/iOS.

I don't see this at all with M72 canary on my iPhone. Can you provide a screen capture/video of it happening? I'm in the US, maybe that makes a difference. 

Adding some folks who deal with web and scrolling.

I created a video for you, showing both about:version, as well as the specific behavour mentioned. It is one of Germany's biggest news websites!

This looks very similar to  bug 822697 , so might already be fixed in 72.
