Chromium+GoogleAccount: No login in non-incognito

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://accounts.google.com/signin/v2/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start chromium with a new profile
2. Try to login into your google account -> doesn't work
3. Open a new window in incognito mode
4. Try to login into your google account -> works

OR 

1. Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhsYtYihtOM&feature=youtu.be

What is the expected behavior?
I should be able to login into google without using the incognito mode.

What went wrong?
Don't know.
