Fullscreen is broken on audible.com

App Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 73.0.3620.0
iOS Version: 12.1
Device: iPhone XS

Steps to reproduce: 
1.) Load audible.com
2.) Scroll the page

Observed behavior: 
See screenshot.

Works fine in M71.0.3578.77 stable

Works fine in M72 beta. Adding RBS for regression. Please assess if the bug is true RBS.

Seems to be similar to Issue 912684, which repros on M72 (with slim nav disabled).
