Let nebraska to support multiple appids for each DLC

Issue description

Currently nebraska supports only one APPID per DLC. But each board currently has three APPIDs: 
- BOARD_APPID
- RELEASE_APPID
- CANARAY_APPID

Let the nebraska parse these three APPIDs and search for them when asked.
