Behavior in Safari (if applicable): Works as expected
Behavior in Firefox (if applicable): Works as expected
Chrome Version: 71.0.3578.80 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: MacOS 10.13.6
What steps will reproduce the problem?(1) Open two windows side by side and open the FindInPage text field in one of the windows
(2) Switch focus to the window without the FindInPage open
(3) Click into the FindInPage box and try to interact with this window (try typing into the find box or opening a new tab). If you try opening a new tab, you will see the new tab open in the wrong window. If your cursor was previously in a field that accepts text input (on the window without the FindInPage open), you will see that when you type, the text is entered into the original window.
What is the expected result?
Focus should switch the the window you click into, even if you click into the FindInPage field.
What happens instead?
The cursor appears in the FindInPage field but focus does not switch.

This behavior does not exist on gLinux, it performs as I would expect it to.
