OS: macOS 10.14.2 (but probably OS=All)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a window with two tabs.
(2) Detach one of the tabs out of this window and create a new window with it.
(3) Open a new tab in this new window.
What is the expected result?
The NewTab should open with an animation on the Tabstrip.
What happens instead?
The first new tab in this window has no tab creation animation on the Tabstrip.
I can also reproduce it on a Windows device, so I think this is OS=All.
