Cant enable system web view

From:PLAY STORE MY APPS
Application version:SYSTEM WEB VIEW
Operating system:ANDROID LG REBEL 3 7.0

URLs (if applicable):N/A

Steps to reproduce:
(1)THE APP REMAINS DISABLED 
(2)HIT ENABLE 
(3)DOES NOTHING

Expected result:REINSTALL


Actual result:REMAINS DISABLED

I THINK THAT APP BEING DISABLED IS WHY I CANT ACCESS MY MOBILE SERVICE ON MY DEVIDE BUT IT WONT LET ME ENABLE THE APP

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
It is normal if you have Chrome installed since Chrome provides an alternate system webview implementation. If you really wish the System WebView re-enabled you can choose which WebView implementation to use inside the Android Developer Settings or remove Google Chrome from your device.
