As a sheriff, I see a page like https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Linux%20Tests%20%28dbg%29%281%29/76246, and I can't figure out which of the hundreds of links would be best to click on to diagnose a builder failure. It would help to have an explanation for why I would want to read or click each piece of text and link on the page. (And if I would never want to read or click the text, it can be removed or put into a non-sheriff page.)
Just the webkit_layout_tests have 8 lines of text and 12 kinds of links, whose names don't tell me which I should try clicking:
