🍏Incognito tab count count

HIG suggestion: Put a count of incognito tabs in the toolbar when in incognito mode.

Sorry, not in the toolbar, in the switcher bar in the tab grid. 

Regular mode has a count, incognito mode just has the incognito icon. 

(removing OS-Linux.)
