Cannot connect to RSA Securid MFA VPN

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11021.81.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to network settings
2. Create new vpn connection
3. Options are not listed to connect to this VPN type

What is the expected behavior?
I should be able to connect to this type of VPN.

What went wrong?
I cannot configure my pixelbook to connect to my enterprise VPN

Only OpenVPN / L2TP is supported natively in ChromeOS at this time.
