Entries in Omnibar Drop-Down not selectable by mouse on Android Chrome

Reported by c.bayerlein@gmail.com, Dec 7

Issue description

Device name: Samsung Galaxy S8

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 70.0.3538.110
Operating system: Android 8.0.0

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Use a mouse (not by touch)
(2) Click into Omnibar
(3) Start typing an URL you previously navigated to
(4) Auto-complete suggestions appear in drop-down
(5) Click on an item in the drop-down list

Expected result:
Chrome should open the url of the item you selected from the drop-down list.

Actual result:
Nothing happens - drop-down closes but the browser doesn't navigate to the selected url. Instead, the former url stays in the omnibar.
