OS:  Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.2) &  Linux (14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, navigate to chrome://settings page and click to open menu list.
2. Click on Extensions link (It will navigate to chrome://extensions page).
3. Now come back to chrome://settings page and observe.

Actual: Main menu list is still open after clicking on Extensions link.
Expected: Main menu list should get closed after clicking on Extensions link.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-67 series, below is manual regression range:

Good build: 67.0.3383.0 (Revision: 546672)
Bad build: 67.0.3384.0 (Revision: 547000)

You are probably looking for a change made after 546972 (known good), but no later than 546973 (first known bad).

1. Main menu list gets closed after clicking on all the links under main menu section except 'Extensions' link.
