Hide the scheme for sites on the History site

Project Member Reported by maxwalker@chromium.org, Dec 7

Issue description

Chrome Version: 72
OS: iOS

The scheme for sites on the History page should be hidden (as on Android and Desktop). People shouldn't be expected to makes sense of technical syntax and acronyms. Hiding the scheme will also make it easier to read the eTLD+1.

If we do this, we should probably do it on other screens too (bookmarks?).
Do we need a privacy/security review iOS specific for this?

It looks like we already hide the scheme in Bookmarks, Reading List and Recent Tabs.

Adding Emily for the question about privacy/security review.

Assigning to Gabe and copying Pink.
This all makes sense to me.
