Issue descriptionVersion: 73.0.3633.0 (Official Build) Revision c972e8079a1fb95f6cb7c3afc162ea473384c3b1-refs/branch-heads/3633@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.13.6,10.13.1,10.14.2) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and open devtools 2. Now go to 'Console' section and enter some text in 'Filter' search field 3. Now press 'Tab' key to bring focus in 'Filter' search field,observe text Actual: Text doesn't get highlighted on bringing focus in 'Filter' search field Expected: Text should get highlighted on bringing focus in 'Filter' search field This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 63’ and below is the bisect info : Good build: 63.0.3223.0 (Revision: 503965). Bad build: 63.0.3225.0 (Revision: 504540). You are probably looking for a change made after 504147 (known good), but no later than 504148 (first known bad).
