Pre condition : chrome://history page should have more than one history items

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://history page and resize browser window to LHS
2. Now drag horizontal scroll bar to RHS and bring focus on 'Actions' iron icon of last history item by pressing 'Tab' key 
3. Now select 'Remove from history' from drop down list and hit 'Enter' key,observe focus
 
Actual: Unnecessary focus is seen on check box after pressing 'Enter' key to remove a history item
Expected: Focus should not be seen on check box after pressing 'Enter' key to remove a history item

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 65’ and below is the bisect info :
Good build: 65.0.3300.0  (Revision: 525556).
Bad build: 65.0.3301.0 (Revision: 525885).
 
You are probably looking for a change made after 525588 (known good), but no later than 525589 (first known bad).
