Thanks for filing the issue! Tried checking the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3538.110 using Mac 10.14.1 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched Chrome 2. navigated to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/51752683/how-to-make-reusable-form-in-react-js 3. Scrolled the content. Didn't observe any content coming over the header. @Reporter: Could you please check the same in a new profile without any apps & extensions and let us know if the issue still persists. It would also be helpful if provided a screenshot/screen cast explaining the issue.

This is working as intended. Scrollbars shrink the page width so the content cannot extend over them. If the page really wanted wanted to do this they can keep their content in a scrolling DIV. |
