web app, enhancement, minimize in systray

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
openSuse Leap 15.0, KDE environment

When 
- installing google web messages
- in chrome creating a shortcut to an URL as hangouts.google.com or web.skype.com for example
a desktop launcher and a menu item are created. Good.

But such an app must be activated whole time and minimizing in the task bar is not handy.

Please add the ability to minimize in systray.
