<cr-buildbucket-view> is currently used by binary_sizes gerrit plugin, thus it cannot be yet removed.

Ideally binary_sizes migrates off of <cr-buildbucket-view> not to BuildbucketV1, but to v2 when it is ready. Assigning to nodir@ to do that first.
