Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11151.51.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.85 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11151.51.0 (Official Build) beta-channel eve Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set the shelf to auto-hide on the bottom 2. Open an Android app such as Google Maps 3. Set it to full screen What is the expected behavior? The app fills the screen, including the shelf area. What went wrong? The app leaves room for the shelf at the bottom of the screen. The shelf is not visible because it is auto-hidden. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.85 Channel: beta OS Version: 11151.51.0 Flash Version: 32.0.0.101 This issue does not affect the Chrome browser, only Android apps.

I was experiencing this issue in clam shell mode. Going into tablet mode one time seems to have resolved it (for now anyway), so after coming back into clam shell mode I can now go full screen in Maps and Kindle apps.

I'm seeing this issue again after a reboot. Going into tablet mode one time resolves the issue until the next reboot.
