Server Prediction : newbalance.com State Drop down is not autofilled

Chrome Version: 72.0.3626.7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to Checkout page of newbalance.com 
(2)Under Billing, select First Name box and apply Autofill profile

What is the expected result?
State Drop Down box gets Autofilled

What happens instead?
State Drop Down box does not get Autofilled

Note: Annotations do not come up when hovering over State Box
