Implement led edit-isolated on windows

Some shenanigans are required to pop a MessageBox from the go program so that users have an opportunity to edit the files in the temporary directory.

(however it's not clear if anyone will actually use this command from windows, so I'm opting to implement it for just linux/mac initially)
