Tried testing the issue on chrome reported version# 71.0.3578.80 using windows-10 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and navigated to URL: http://152.139.147.80:5070/ 2) seen site can't be reached @Reporter: Please find the attached screenshot for your reference, if possible provide alternate Test file/URL that reproduces the issue which help in further triaging it in better way. As per comment# 3, it isn't possible for reporter to provide sample Test file/URL. Without Test file/URL TE team cannot proceed with triaging the issue. Hence requesting someone from the Internals>Network team help in providing further inputs on this issue. Thanks!
