[Winky] 3.5mm mic is not working if plugged while onboard mic in use. |

Issue description
ChromeOS Version: 11316.6.0
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to the device.
(2)Use onboard mic.
Initiate hangout / use online voice recorder.
(3) plug 3.5mm headset.
What is the expected result?
3.5mm mic and headset should work properly.
What happens instead?
Audio settings are not showing 3.5mm mic.
Only 3.5mm headset is working.
Note:
-- Not able to reproduce this issue if plugged without using onboard mic.
-- 100% reproducible on two winky devices.

That's certianly not a good bug to push to stable. I also don't believe that it is winky specific.

Able to reproduce this 3.5 mic issue with M70 (11021.81.0) and M71(11151.61.0) stable builds on Winky device. Note: --This issue is specific to Winky device. --Not able reproduce on other rambi boards (Glimmer, Candy, Squawks..).
