Server Prediction : jwpepper.com : City, State & Zip do not get autofilled

Chrome Version:72.0.3626.7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to Checkout page
(2) Under Review and Purchase, select "Ship to a different address"
(3) Select Address box 1 and apply autofill profile

What is the expected result?
City, State and Zip boxes get autofilled

What happens instead?
City, State and Zip boxes do not get autofilled
