"Revision" column should show the range of Cr-Commit-Positions

In https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Linux%20ChromiumOS%20MSan%20Tests, for example, the Revision column shows 94fa8ee397d7527c33e9be475fce4ca18bfd6e12, e306cbad4a10443729a396127a1a6d28db536afd, 763b79a9142f3f063eca4504dc9a45b7e75e252f, etc., which are useless at a glance. Instead, it should show the range of Cr-Commit-Position values covered by each row's run.

Looks like the build proto has position information
