2. It is blurry

What is the expected behavior?
PDF should be clear (compare to PDF rendering in Adobe or in Bluebeam, or in the Edge or IE11 browsers

What went wrong?
Pdf is not clear. It is very blurry and the text is not readable without significant zooming.

Is it a problem with a plugin? Yes I think it's the PDF plugin
