clang packaging fails on mac due to libc++ aligned allocation tests

Issue description

This probably regressed in libc++ r347585, which re-enabled the tests. Probably the xfail's aren't quite right.

Hans had asked on the list and Louis said it might be fixed in r348507.

https://ci.chromium.org/buildbot/tryserver.chromium.mac/mac_upload_clang/430 made it to the "installing" stage, which it didn't before. So I think this particular thing is good now.
