Possible regression WebWorker chrome headless 71

Chrome Version       :  71.0.3578.80 headless only
URLs (if applicable) :  NA
Other browsers tested:
  Chrome 71.0.3578.80 OK
  Chrome headless 71.0.3578.80 FAIL
  Chrome 70.0.3538.77 OK
  Chrome headless 70.0.3538.77 OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I have created a repo with a karma test https://github.com/bcaudan/chrome-headless-worker/blob/master/test.spec.js

What is the expected result?
the worker should listen messages and emit messages back

What happens instead?
an empty error is emitted by the worker

I can confirm the same problem with Chrome 71, Mac OS 10.12.6

Issue confirmed too on Chrome headless 71, working okay on Chrome 71 plain.
