Pre-condition: Download any video from above test URL in Google Chrome such that it appears in chrome://downloads
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and play the downloaded video in Chrome from chrome://downloads.
2. Now traverse the focus to seek bar and Observe.
Actual Result: Blue focus ring of video's seek bar is not seen properly when played in Chrome.
Expected Result: Blue focus ring of video's seek bar should be seen properly when played in Chrome.
This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-69’ and below is the manual Regression range:
