Chrome Version: 73.0.3632.0 (Official Build) Revision 914f5b8f721ff5a734bb22a96363191c20c8c3f2-refs/branch-heads/3632@{#1}(32/64-bit) 
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, under chrome://settings/appearance, change Font size to 'Very Large'
2. Under chrome://settings/languages, change browser language to 'Bangla' and relaunch the browser.
3. Press 'Ctrl + P' to open Print preview overlay.
4. Now observe the text 'Change' on the button in the applied language. 

Actual  : Text for button 'Change' appears outside button boundary.
Expected: Text for button 'Change' should appear within button boundary.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-71’ and below is the 'per-revision' bisect information:
Good Build : 71.0.3551.0 (Revision : 590851)
Bad Build  : 71.0.3552.2 (Revision : 591210)

NOTE: This issue is not seen on Mac(10.13.1 , 10.13.6 , 10.14.2) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.
