What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Enable On-screen keyboard from Ubertray
(2)Click on App launcher and then on Search field and observe when VK pops all apps are not visible and screen is seen blank

Actual: All apps are not visible and screen is seen blank in app launcher when On-screen keyboard is enabled
Expected: Either the apps should be seen or an arrow mark for apps to pop-up  like in Expected video should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M69
