What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Now go to above URL -> download any video file(any 30 Mb file) from above URL ->Notification is seen
2)Now click on it -> observe unnecessarily notification will get close i.e. notification will get minimized
(Please refer Video)

Note :Click on Uber Tray -> Video Notification is seen -> now again try to click on it -> observe nothing happens

Expected: Unnecessarily notification should not get close on clicking it for first time
Actual: Instead unnecessarily notification will get close i.e. notification will get minimized

This is Non-regression Issue seen from M-62
