Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Receive a notification for an android application
2. Tap notification
3. Watch as nothing happens

What is the expected behavior?
Tapping notifications should open the application and be directed to the appropriate video/article/etc

What went wrong?
Sometimes notifications do nothing. In particular, I notice that Google News and YouTube do not function properly. It doesn't appear to be across all Android apps, as my weather app notifications still function as expected.
