About 15 reports total that Chrome window moves / jumps in an unexpected way.

"Since the new Chrome look was launched, nearly every time I click on the "title bar" area of a Chrome window to select it (where "title bar" is the small area above or to the right of the tabs) then Chrome seems to go into a "move window" mode. That is to say, if I click again anywhere else on the screen, then the entire Chrome window moves to that location instantaneously. It behaves as if I had dragged the window to the location of the second click, except that the window instantly translates to the second click location, and does not follow the mouse cursor along the way. I am running macOS 10.10.5 (Yosemite)"
"Sometimes, when I click into Google Chrome from another application (on my laptop), and then click somewhere else on the page, or attempt to click another window, the Chrome window jumps to wherever I just clicked. It is very disorienting and annoying, and I want to know how to make this stop. Thanks."
