Regression:Default Cursor for entering email id is seen at start of the text field in Sign in chrome page.

Chrome Version:73.0.3631.0 (Official Build) Revision	0507e4d4c7c2d9effb5596bcf24fcc70183775c4-refs/branch-heads/3631@{#1}(64-bit)

OS : Windows(7, 8, 8.1 ,10) Mac(10.13.1,10.13.6, 10.14.2), Linux(14.04 LTS)

Pre-condition:Sign in to chrome with valid credentials.

Steps to reproduce :
1.Launch chrome and Navigate to chrome://settings.
2.Under 'Reset' Click on 'Restore settings to their original defaults',click on 'Reset settings button'. 
3.Sync get paused ,Click on Profile pic and Click on 'Sign in again' button.
4.Observe sign in chrome Page

Actual Result :Default Cursor for entering email id is seen at start of the text field in Sign in chrome page.
Expected Result :Default Cursor should be seen at Last of text field for entering email id in Sign in chrome page.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-71’ and will soon inform the bisect info:
Good Build :71.0.3568.0 
Bad Build : 71.0.3569.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 595581 (known good), but no later than 595582 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
