tremplin: add uid shift recovery path

We should take snapshots before performing uid shifts. Then if we can detect failed uid shifts via some heuristics, we can restore the snapshot and try again.

This is necessary to allow the uid remapping for file sharing.

Tested on a stock container (no additional packages). Taking the snapshot uses about 72 MB of disk space and about 8 seconds on reef.

I'll discuss with upstream on the best way to handle this. I was thinking of adding a flag to disallow remapping the container ids to ContainerStatePut.
