Quote key ["/'] is not functional in Crostini on Pixel Slate with Google Keyboard

Reported by wrele...@gmail.com, Dec 5

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11151.47.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.73 Safari/537.36
Platform: 11151.47.0 (Official Build) beta-channel nocturne

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Tried to type key in PyCharm - no character appeared
2. Tested key in ChromeOS it's working fine

What is the expected behavior?
I'm a developer and strings are very hard right now. If I hit the right-alt key and the quote key it works. So right-alt-quote for a single quote and right-alt-shift key for a double quote.

What went wrong?
I'm assuming this is an issue with my Slate Keyboard being super new and not properly registered in Crostini?

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.73 Channel: beta
OS Version: 11151.47.0
Flash Version:

So far it's working for the most part and I'm happy to have my development environment on my tablet. Once the virtual keyboard works it will be amazing.

It's because I had the US International PC Keyboard set. It has all the virtual keys I would want but with the added effect of the quote key being a dead key.

Closing as per #1 user was using a keyboard layout with a dead key.
