Start a build on R70

We, lakitu, need to make a patch release on R70 for a couple of CVEs (b/120193974 and b/119037578), preferably this week. Can you please start a build sometime today?

I just triggered a job in LUCI for R70 on master release. I believe R70 master-release is now configured similar to R69 and will build on a weekly basis, if I'm reading LUCI right.

That's right. We are cutting a release tomorrow so I thought we'd just include this one. Thanks for starting the build.
