TabGrid background text isn't respecting safe area

With large fonts.

1. Open the TabGrid
2. Close all incognito tabs

Expected:
The background text should respect the safe area.

Actual:
Some of the text is behind the notch.

Actually, I think this was an issue with the safe area. I have trouble reproducing it.
