What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot(Take 2-3 screenshots) or Download images -> go to Files App-> Right click for context menu and select 'Gallery'
(2)Now gallery will be seen -> go to Thumbnail view and press 'Tab' until focus is on screenshot and observe tab focus is not clear i.e. unable to recognize

Expected: Tab focus on Screenshot or image should be seen clearly i.e. should be able to recognize
Actual: Instead tab focus is not clear i.e. unable to recognize

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
