Regression : 'Search' icon is seen missing at 'Manufacturer' and 'Model' field in 'Select a printer manufacturer and model' overlay of chrome://settings/cupsPrinters page

Chrome Version: 71.0.3578.85/ 11151.51.0 Beta-channel Kip,Daisy and Reks
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Go to chrome://settings page-> At 'Printing' click on 'Printers
(2)Now in 'Add a printer manually' overlay add any Printer(add Name),Address -> click on 'ADD' button -> now 'Select a printer manufacturer and model' overlay is seen
(3)click on 'Manufacturer' field and observe for 'Search' icon
(Please refer Video and Screenshot) 

Expected: 'Search' icon is seen missing at 'Manufacturer' and 'Model' field 
Actual: 'Search' icon should be seen at 'Manufacturer' and 'Model' field 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine on M-68

Note : Issue is also seen on M-69, M-70, M-72 and M-73

Scott, it looks like this was caused by https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1088163. It seems like this may have been intentional, though for the MD-refresh. Can you verify whether or not that's the case?
