Currently, there's a workaround that prevents the keyboard from being dismissed when the shortcuts are displayed in the omnibox popup.

It should be removed, and correct treatment should be applied: the keyboard disappears, the omnibox is not the first responder, the toolbar is still in expanded state (with "cancel" visible on iPhone).
