Gmail profile picture is not syncing with all the modules

ENVIRONMENT and STATS
For syncing clients:VIMAL RAJ
From chrome:VERSION 70 AND WINDOWS 10 OS DEVICE IS DELL
From about:sync PROFILE PICTURE CHANGE IS NOT SYNCING
REPRO STEPS

Get in to gmail and login with a valid email and pasword.
click the account setting option in the left pod in the page.
change the profile picture.
check the top right corner display picture icon.
It still shows the old image 
Refresh and check it still displays the old image

proper integration sync is not happening

ACTUAL RESULTS
THE PROFILE PICTURE SYNC IN THE ICON IS NOT HAPPENING
EXPECTED RESULTS
THE PROFILE PICTURE CHANGE SHOULD BE REFLECTEDIN THE ICON

CHECK WITH LOGGING IN TO GMAIL USING CHROME BROWSER

Thanks for filing a bug and the detailed screenshot.

This seems to be an issue with the content of the web page (Gmail) rather than the browser itself (Chrome), since both profile pictures are displayed in the web (content area).

This bugtracker is about the browser, so I'm closing this bug.
