Reconsider making videos in MediaDocuments focuable.

Project Member Reported by lethalantidote@google.com, Dec 5

Issue description

Historically (https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69097), videos in MediaDocuments have been made unfocusable.

With the recent addition of mouse focus on videos ( https://crbug.com/827565 ), this decision perhaps should be revisited.

Pros:
Increases ease of use.

Cons:
Video now gets focus ring, which can be undesirable perhaps?

Description: Show this description
Sounds that when in document mode the video ought to receive all keyboard events so I would even suggest that we add an `autofocus` attribute to the video (or do it manually in C++).

We could style the video so it doesn't get a focus ring.

Alternatively, we could add code so that keyboard events sent to the document are redirected to the video so it doesn't need focus.
