Shill failed on moblab

Shill failed on moblab, which caused moblab to lose internet. Subsequently, all DUTs lost internet. We had to restart shill, which caused DUT ip address to change. Then we had to reboot moblab to recover moblab. Unfortunately after reboot there is no log left. 

Total time cost 3 hrs.
